Police Chief, Mike Vermetten, can be reached at the Police Department located in the Community Center, 136 E. Commercial Street, at 785-363-2392.  Officer Chuck Tryon and Aron DeWalt work part-time for the Waterville Police Department.

City Court is held at 7:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month at the Community Center. Judge Ken Lamoreaux presides.
